• May I apply for trial?

  Yes, you may ask for trial. If you have a large quantity and you are willing to check the quality of our service before placing an order, you are most welcome.

• Will my images be used for any commercial purposes?

  Not at all, we discard the images from our server after certain period to prevent any further use of your image either in personal or commercial purpose.

• What is your working hour?

  We are open for 24 hours in 7 days. Our sleepless customer support team is always ready to reply to any query within one hour.

• How long it will take to finish my order?

  Turnaround depends on quantity and complexity of images. Normally we meet the delivery of any order by 24 hours. Time is money; we value your urgency. The urgent delivery of any order starts from 3 hours.

• Is there any minimum requirement for an order ?

  No, we accept any order regardless the quantity. We give same priority to all the orders, no matter, either big or small.

• What will happen if I am not happy with the completed image?

  We are proud of our experts who are contentiously making the service more satisfactory each and every time. Accidentally, if you find any mistake, don’t worry, please write us back and you will get the correction ASAP. Of course, you won’t be charged any extra for it.

TECHNOLOGICAL ISSUES

• What type of file do you prefer?

  We can work on any kind of files, regardless whether it’s JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS or PSD. However, we prefer JPG as it’s more convenient to upload or download because of its small size.

• What format will the final images be?

  It will completely depend on your requirement and use of images. We can supply the file image in almost any format whatever suits you best.

• How to get a quotation?

  Please visit our request page to the price and any other relevant information. Upload the images, fill-up the form and submit to get the quotation. You must get the reply within an hour after submitting the quotation request form.

• How to place an order?

  Sign up and get a free account within a few minutes. Login to your account, upload the files and place an order.

• What is the maximum limit of file size?

  Our web up-loader can’t handle more than 64mb file (each) but you can send as large file as you wish by using FTP. There is no limit of quantity in case of any of the systems.

• How to send and receive the images?

  We offer two systems to make the upload/download as much convenient as possible: 1.Web Up-loader 2.FTP . We also accept any other method like client’s own server or any third party like YouSendIt, Dropbox etc.

FINANCIAL ISSUES

• Do you take advance payment?

  No, you won’t charged in advance. Our billing department will send you an invoice after completing the order and then you will make the payment with complete satisfaction.

• What is the payment procedure/method?

  After finishing an order with your complete satisfaction we will send you an invoice with the payment details including the link for payment. We accept PayPal, Pizza, Master Card, Debit Card, Moneybookers, Bank Transfer(US clients only) etc. You can set up a monthly payment schedule for ongoing orders.

• Can I set us a weekly or monthly payment schedule?

  Yes, you can. Once you become our regular client, you will be eligible to get this service from our billing department. We consider a client as regular when we get 4-5 orders per month from him.

• Is there moneyback guarantee?

  Since, we take payment once the service satisfy your need, you should not have any headache on money-back.
